Overall Purpose

Set up and manage Google Workspace for all staff members. Lead the organization’s migration from Microsoft Office to the Google stack, manage highly sensitive data, and establish data loss prevention (DLP) and security rules to protect company information.

Key Skills

• Hands‑on experience with the Google Workspace ecosystem (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Cloud Identity)
• Experience migrating mid‑to‑large scale organizations (100+ people) from Microsoft to Google Workspace
• Strong background in DLP security and setting up security/DLP rules for highly sensitive data
• Experience in regulated environments such as public sector, finance, healthcare or banks
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills, enabling effective communication with technical and non‑technical personnel
