Governance Analyst, Organizational Learning. The Governance and Special Projects Analyst is part of the Organizational Learning team and reports directly to the Director, Organizational Learning. Through cross‑functional collaboration, strategic partnerships, and forward‑thinking learning solutions, we sustain compliance and empower a growing and evolving workforce to excel—strengthening organizational capability while nurturing our culture and values.

This role enables effective governance within the organizational learning function and with the manufacturing organization. It includes training operations data across all sites, strategic projects, links with other functions governance, actions and deliverable follow up and delivering high‑quality strategic communications for senior leaders.
