Key Responsibilities:
• Perform Quality Assessments for HR transactions and payroll accuracy
• Create and maintain a streamlined HR policy framework
• Develop Quality Management Program strategies and assessments
• Analyze data trends and report findings to leadership
• Define and enforce data governance protocols
Requirements:
• 2 to 4 years experience in a Human Resources setting
• Practical knowledge of HRIS or Payroll software
• Strong research, analytical, and mathematical skills
