Graduate Engineer - System Performance Team

Job Overview

Arm’s System Performance Team within Central Technology Group evaluates emerging technologies for Arm products spanning data centres to IoT. Using a hardware‑software co‑design approach, we analyse system performance and help shape future Arm technologies. We are looking for a Graduate Engineer to support the analysis and optimisation of Arm systems, studying, modelling, and analysing applications and workloads across AI/ML, computer vision, media, gaming, and productivity.

Responsibilities

This role is multifaceted and involves:

• Analyzing how each Arm‑based system works and how it runs various applications.
• Abstracting the entire stack in our system modelling apparatus.
• Interpreting results, iterating on the abstraction, and re‑experimenting with the stack.
• Providing recommendations for improving performance and efficiency to multiple design teams.
