We’re seeking a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer (or Geology graduate) ready to launch their career with a supportive, well-established team offering real training, mentoring, and long-term growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Learn from experienced engineers on residential projects
• Progress into commercial & infrastructure work within 6 months
• Gain hands-on experience across investigations, reporting, and site work
• Receive ongoing training and mentoring (no geotech experience required)
