Job Description

Graduates joining the business in a Graduate role and engaging in all elements of the ADVANCE program. The program is designed to introduce and build essential business and personal skills, helping to enhance the transition from student to professional.

Graduates are assigned duties that will provide a broad, well‑rounded learning experience within the field they are joining at Graduate entry level. The ADVANCE program lasts approx. 24 months; successful completion is used as an indicator of strong performance.

• Participate in a structured rotation across Civil Engineering technical teams to develop a strong foundation in core disciplines.
