Graduate Project Management Specialist

Graduates joining the business in a Graduate role and engaging in all elements of the ADVANCE program. The program is designed to introduce and build essential business and personal skills helping to enhance the transition from student to professional.

Graduates are assigned duties that will provide a broad well‑rounded learning experience within the field they are joining at Graduate entry level.

The ADVANCE program lasts approximately 24 months. Successful completion is used as an indicator of strong performance in line with other performance measures.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured rotation across Civil Engineering technical teams to develop a strong foundation in core disciplines.
