*** Provide one-to-one or small-group support and help adapt activities so students can access learning
The Role:
Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with additional needs across the school day. You will help adapt classroom activities so students can access learning at the right level, support behaviour and communication, reinforce routines, and work closely with teachers to help pupils stay engaged and make progress.
