The Role:
Work across the school on a part-time basis, providing a mixture of 1:1 support, small-group intervention, and general classroom assistance. You will help pupils stay engaged, reinforce learning in core subjects, prepare simple resources, and work closely with teaching staff to support day-to-day progress.
