Grant Accounting Manager

Description We are looking for an experienced Grant Accounting Manager to support grant-related financial operations in Richmond, Virginia. This Long-term Contract position will lead accurate accounting, reimbursement activity, and compliance oversight across federal, state, and private funding sources. The role also focuses on resolving historical accounting issues, improving workflows, and guiding internal teams to strengthen grant reporting and controls.

Responsibilities:
• Direct efforts to resolve outstanding grant accounting items by researching historical activity, correcting records, and completing reconciliations.
• Manage grant cash requests, remittance activity, and reimbursement submissions to ensure funds are collected accurately and on schedule.
