• 5+ years of experience in graphic design with strong practical and conceptual knowledge.
• Proven experience creating diverse graphic assets, content, and campaigns for engagement, sales enablement, and social media.
• Leadership experience: leading designers and creatives, communicating design feedback to improve work according to design fundamentals.
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates a passion for graphic design and art direction.
