Overview

We are seeking a junior–mid level Graphic Designer focused on production work. This role is dedicated to assembling pre‑made, on‑brand Figma templates and executing high‑volume email production in Klaviyo. No new concept design is required — the work centers on accuracy, consistency, and speed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and update pre‑made Figma templates , swapping images, updating text, and ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines.
• Design emails using a modular Figma system (no net‑new design work).
• Work daily across multiple Klaviyo accounts to build:
• Opt‑ins
• Automated flows
• Execute all tasks following established templates and SOPs.

Revisions & Updates

• Make requested edits to creatives in Figma and in Klaviyo.
• Maintain precise file naming conventions and follow tight SLAs.
