GRC & Security Compliance Engineer (SOC 2/ISO27001)

Happyrobot Inc. in Madrid is seeking a GRC Specialist to join our Security team. In this role, you'll scale compliance frameworks and ensure a 'continuously audit-ready' state, managing our GRC platform and coordinating audits.

We require 1–3 years of GRC, IT Audit, or Security Compliance experience, along with knowledge of SOC 2 and ISO 27001. The role offers ownership and autonomy while being part of a high-growth AI startup.
