Prepare, Control, and monitor the process of courier morning dispatch to ensure all couriers are on their routes as scheduled to meet the delivery and collection service commitment: Fill the daily couriers’ checklist to ensure that couriers’ appearance is complying with Aramex standards; adequate supplies are available in the vehicle and proper loading of shipments. Hand all shipments, corresponding run-sheets, and scanners to the ground couriers in his team.
