Group Financial Controller

The Role

As Group Financial Controller you will play a key role within Damen Group Control ensuring accurate timely and compliant financial reporting across the group. You will act as a subject-matter expert on accounting and reporting matters supporting senior management auditors and stakeholders with high-quality financial insight and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate monthly quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements
• Ensure correct application of IFRS / GAAP across group entities
• Design implement and maintain internal control frameworks
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Assess complex accounting topics including leases revenue recognition impairments and provisions
• Harmonise accounting policies KPIs and reporting standards across the group
