Overview

Frazer Jones is delighted to be exclusively retained for a confidential search to appoint a Group Head of Learning & Development for a well‑established, Singapore‑headquartered organisation with extensive multi‑sector operations and a strong global presence and brand. This newly created leadership role reports directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer and will play a critical role in shaping and executing the company’s learning and development strategy across a highly diverse and distributed workforce of almost 15,500 worldwide.
