Group Home Supervisor

We are seeking a Group Home Supervisor to coordinate the day-to-day operations of three residential community living sites, serving adults with physical disabilities, neurological impairments, TBI and developmental disabilities.

This position will ensure that client health, safety, goals, and dignity needs are well met and will manage 24-hour DSP staff to ensure the development of a professional and cohesive team and to ensure that that clients reach or maintain their highest level of independence.

Qualifications:.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of one year of experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, and/or traumatic brain injury
• At least one year of successful supervisory or management experience
• Experience working with Individual Service Plans (ISPs) is a plus
