Purpose of the Position

The Group HR Systems & Compliance Associate supports the Group Systems and Compliance Manager in the effective administration and day‑to‑day operation of the Group’s HR systems and compliance processes. The role focuses on supporting data accuracy, system functionality, and regulatory compliance activities, while assisting with HR reporting, audits, and ongoing system maintenance.
