Group IT Manager

Duties

• Strategy & Governance: Define Group-wide IT standards, SOPs, and policies. Develop long-term IT strategies and technology roadmaps.
• Infrastructure & Security: Oversee servers, networks, and end-user devices across all sites. Strengthen cybersecurity and conduct risk assessments.
• System Management: Ensure uptime and performance of core systems (e.g., ERP, SAP).
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and train IT staff, driving, and fostering a culture of innovation.
• Budgeting & Vendor Management: Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor contracts.
• Performance Reporting: Produce, and analyse IT performance reports, ensuring, and enhancing service quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
