Group Leader Formulation

Role Purpose
To lead formulation R&D, drive innovation and commercialization of agrochemical products, and ensure efficient scale-up and technology transfer while managing teams and delivering projects aligned with business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership : Lead formulation R&D programs, aligning projects with business priorities and market needs.
Innovation & NPD : Drive development of differentiated agrochemical formulations (EC, SC, WG, OD, etc.) to enhance portfolio competitiveness.
Project Governance : Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and delivery commitments are consistently met.
Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of scientists, fostering high performance, capability building, and innovation culture.
Process Optimization & Scale-up : Provide technical direction for process improvements and lead lab-to-plant scale-up activities.
