Group Leader Formulation

Role Purpose To lead formulation R&D, drive innovation and commercialization of agrochemical products, and ensure efficient scale-up and technology transfer while managing teams and delivering projects aligned with business strategy. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership : Lead formulation R&D programs, aligning projects with business priorities and market needs. Innovation & NPD : Drive development of differentiated agrochemical formulations (EC, SC, WG, OD, etc.) to enhance portfolio competitiveness. Project Governance : Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and delivery commitments are consistently met.
