Group Leader Formulation

Role Purpose

To lead formulation R&D, drive innovation and commercialization of agrochemical products, and ensure efficient scale-up and technology transfer while managing teams and delivering projects aligned with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Leadership: Lead formulation R&D programs, aligning projects with business priorities and market needs.
- Innovation & NPD: Drive development of differentiated agrochemical formulations (EC, SC, WG, OD, etc.) to enhance portfolio competitiveness.
- Project Governance: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and delivery commitments are consistently met.
