Group Maintenance Manager

Duties

• Facilities Maintenance: Develop and implement comprehensive preventative and reactive maintenance schedules for all buildings, guest areas, staff accommodation, and grounds.
• Technical Expertise: Manage complex systems including solar power, generators, water treatment, sewage, refrigeration, and HVAC.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff, contractors, and technicians.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, including conducting regular safety inspections.
• Budget & Procurement: Manage maintenance budgets, inventory of tools, and spare parts procurement.
• Operational Support: Collaborate with lodge managers to minimize guest disruptions and maintain high-quality guest experience.
