Opportunity Description
The Group Product Manager, Pickup will be a key leader in the Digital Product organization. This role leads a team of product managers responsible for the end-to-end pickup experience across FedEx digital platforms. That includes scheduling, pickup changes, pickup visibility and communications, pricing clarity, and recovery when pickups fail. Success will be measured by increased digital completion and reduced pickup related calls and agent transfers, while improving pickup reliability and customer trust. Scope includes scheduling, pickup changes, pickup status and communications, pricing clarity, and recovery across web, mobile, chat, and partner experiences.
