About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, the Group Sales Manager is responsible for generating group business from key international and domestic markets. The role involves developing strategic relationships with meeting planners, event agencies, and corporate clients, managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and proposals to contracting and pre‑event coordination—and ensuring seamless delivery of group experiences in line with Mandarin Oriental standards.

Duties

• Proactively identify, qualify, and convert group business opportunities for meetings, incentives, conferences, and events (MICE).
• Respond to all group RFPs within 24 hours, ensuring accuracy, creativity, and alignment with the brand’s positioning and standards.
