Softpers is looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to focus on client acquisition through LinkedIn and Upwork. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in generating leads, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to prepare compelling proposals.

Responsibilities include client engagement, managing proposals, and staying updated on market trends. This position offers monthly compensation of PKR 70,000 - PKR 80,000 along with commission-based incentives and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
