Growth-Focused Derivatives Trading Product Lead

Responsibilities

• Own derivatives trading frontend experience and products, covering perpetual, futures, options, TradFi and more
• Define and execute user growth strategies – optimize the funnel from registration to first trade, improve activation and retention
• Conduct competitor analysis and track key product metrics (user activation, conversion, trading volume, market share); translate insights into actionable product improvements
• Collect and prioritize user feedback from VIP clients, CS, and data analytics to continuously improve trading experience
• Write PRDs, coordinate with design and engineering, and drive on-time delivery

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant product management experience in tech, fintech, crypto or internet industry
• Solid understanding of derivatives trading fundamentals (margin, leverage, order types)
