We're looking for a Growth Generalist to operate in true founder mode — someone who thinks strategically, executes fast, experiments with autonomy, and influences how Comp grows across multiple channels.
What you'll do
- Identify, prioritize, and run Growth experiments across multiple channels (acquisition, product marketing, distribution, partnerships, community, lifecycle, etc.).
- Build a coherent Growth strategy while also owning day‑to‑day execution.
- Actively shape Comp's market positioning and narrative, ensuring alignment with product evolution and go‑to‑market (GTM) strategy.
- Collaborate with the Product team to design and launch GTM strategies, messaging frameworks, and value propositions.
