Growth & Performance Designer (6 month contract)

Questrade is Canada’s fastest-growing online brokerage, and we are looking for a Growth & Performance Designer who understands that design is a hypothesis until the data proves it right. You will build visual systems designed to stop the scroll, drive clicks, and help Canadians keep more of their money.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI‑first workflows to generate a high volume of assets across the entire funnel, including websites, landing pages, static display ads, and short‑form video content.
• Drive engagement through high‑impact motion graphics and video edits for TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and programmatic channels.
• Analyze performance metrics (Hook and Hold Rates, CTR, CPC, CAC/CPA, CVR) to understand why a design worked and use insights to iterate.
• Create rapid prototypes and A/B tests, remixing concepts into multiple variations to find the ultimate performance winner.
