Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Growth Specialist for our client, a nonprofit technology social enterprise headquartered in Cleveland that has built and now operates America’s fastest-growing community-based broadband network. The Growth Specialist will play a key role in expanding access to high-speed home internet across Cleveland by helping new customers subscribe to our client's internet service. This role will focus on high-volume outbound calling, community outreach, and lead follow-up to identify potential subscribers and guide them through the process of signing up for service. The Growth Specialist will work closely with the Customer Experience and Installation teams to ensure customers understand installation requirements and experience a smooth onboarding process.
