Hiring GTM Lead at Better.
We're looking for a GTM Operator who can build a go-to-market strategy from the ground up - and own it through to results.
What you'll do: Work with founders to define positioning and messaging, choose the right channels, and build the distribution plan. Then execute it end-to-end - launches, campaigns, experiments - and own the outcome start to finish.
Must have experience owning GTM (strategy + execution) at a startup, SaaS, AI, or B2B tech company.
4+ years of experience required · 100% Remote · Full-time
