Guest Chef Part time

Do you have a special dish that everyone loves?

We are looking for Guest Chefs to join our weekly special menu program. You will cook your signature dish for approximately 50–100 pax at our cafeteria for 1 day.

If your dish is popular, the session can be repeated every week or become a regular feature.

We welcome:

• Curry Mee / Laksa specialist
• Dessert or pastry chef
• Any unique and delicious specialty dish

Requirements:

• Able to prepare and cook for 50–100 pax
• Halal ingredients only
• Good hygiene and cleanliness
• Friendly and able to work with our kitchen team
• Own recipe and cooking style is encouraged
