Property : Taj Hotel Mumbai
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000
Requirements:
- Female candidates only
- Minimum height: 5’5”
- Good communication & pleasing personality
- Experience in hospitality/front office preferred
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Office / Guest Relations within hospitality or luxury hotel industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with a warm and professional approach
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Ensure excellent guest experience throughout their stay
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations
- Manage guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally
- Maintain front office etiquette and hospitality standards
- Assist in VIP guest handling and customer relationship management
