Position Summary

As the Senior Guidewire Developer for our client in Guelph, ON, you will be a driving member of an integral team responsible for developing system-based solutions, formulating programs, maintaining code, and documenting processes to ensure consistency and continuous improvement. You will contribute to a range of highly complex and diverse team initiatives and provide training and support to your teammates. Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning process to determine technologies and options for an effective solution. Develop new code and leverage existing code to implement system features of medium to large complexity. Create an implementation and troubleshooting plan for a single system. Identify and recommend solutions for application defects, determine root causes, and minimize the introduction of new defects.
