Position Summary

As the Senior Guidewire Developer for our client in Guelph, ON, you will be a driving member of an integral team responsible for developing system-based solutions, formulating programs, maintaining code, and documenting processes to ensure consistency and continuous improvement. You will contribute to a range of highly complex and diverse team initiatives and provide training and support to your teammates.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning process to determine technologies and options for an effective solution.
• Develop new code and leverage existing code to implement system features of medium to large complexity.
• Create an implementation and troubleshooting plan for a single system.
• Identify and recommend solutions for application defects, determine root causes, and minimize the introduction of new defects.
