We are currently recruiting for a Handyman to join our team at our facility in Clontarf Dublin 3
Shift Pattern Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 16:00 Friday 08:00 - 15:00
Main duties and responsibilities
- To carry out repairs and reactive maintenance on all building fabric and facilities related systems under our control as per the client/Apleona contract relationship
- Assist the engineering team to carry out planned preventative maintenance on all equipment under our control as per the client/Apleona contract relationship.
- Participate in property & facility related inspections and lead in follow up actions.
- Be proactive in anticipating facilities related improvements and repairs.
- Carry out fabric maintenance, including painting and decorating, furniture repair and upkeep of fixtures and fittings etc.
