Responsibilities

• Define processor features, select extensions (like for AI, IoT), balance power/performance/cost (PPA), and integrate peripherals for specific market needs, bridging business goals with deep technical expertise in open-source hardware.
• Act as a technical strategist who bridges the gap between hardware engineering and market requirements by leveraging the modular, open-standard RISC-V instruction set architecture (ISA).
• Domain-Specific Compute: Designing tailored solutions for high-growth sectors, particularly AI-native platforms requiring scalable vector processing and matrix multiplication.
