Opportunity Description
HR Data Analyst acts as the bridge between raw HR data and strategic decision-making. Their primary profile involves collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and reporting on workforce data to improve talent management, recruitment, retention, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management & Validation: Perform and oversee validation of employee data in HCM system. Resolve data discrepancies and conduct root cause analysis on recurring issues ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Report & Dashboard: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports (using tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc.) for leadership, covering key metrics like turnover, hiring rates, and employee engagement among others.
