To lead and manage the building assessment function within the insurance claims division, ensuring accurate, efficient, and compliant evaluation of property-related claims. This role is pivotal in maintaining technical excellence, driving operational efficiency, and upholding customer satisfaction across all building-related claims, in line with the Standard Insurance Limited and Claims strategy.
Qualifications
- Type of Qualification: First Degree
- Field of Study: Business Commerce/LLB and MUST be FAIS Compliant
- Experience Required:
- Minimum of 5 years in Leadership Role
- Minimum of 5 years as a Building Assessor
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Short-Term Insurance industry
