Overview
Satāya is representing a prominent luxury hotel group that is seeking an exceptional Head Chef to lead the culinary operation of a dedicated Greek Aegean restaurant concept. This is a meaningful leadership role within a high-end, guest-facing environment, responsible for a 60-cover dining room and an extended rooftop sun lounger service, with a brigade of between 14 and 20 chefs.
