This role is responsible for leading the culinary direction, managing kitchen operations, and delivering exceptional dining experiences aligned with Sette’s Italian concept.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall kitchen operation and culinary strategy in line with the restaurant concept
- Develop, refine, and execute authentic Italian menus with seasonal creativity
- Create and implement a pizza menu reflecting traditional techniques and innovation
- Oversee food preparation, quality, presentation, and consistency
