Job Description
- Manage the kitchen operations and oversee food preparation for all services.
- Develop and design new menu items, including seasonal offerings, in order to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards and promote teamwork.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage food costs to operate within budget.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field
- Experience Level: 2–5 years of relevant experience in a professional kitchen
