This opportunity is ideally suited to a Mediterranean cuisine specialist, a culinary professional from a luxury hotel, fine dining, or high-end private household background who is passionate about elevated healthy cuisine, menu innovation, & discreet VIP service.

About:

Leading a small team of highly skilled chefs including pastry

Development of rotational menus for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks & occasional events

Balance meals in terms of their nutrition, also providing a macro breakdown for them

Accommodate changes & refinement of dishes in accordance with feedback

Maintain HACCP standards & guidelines, ensuring the kitchen adheres to safety & health regulations.
