Job Description
Effectively monitor the daily operations of the respective outlet, provides support and guidance to fellow outlet staff to ensure success and effective operation ending in a positive customers experience. Develop, implement and train all menus as per the outlet concept, provide support to banqueting operation to any of the other units if required.
Qualifications
- High school or equivalent education required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must have at least 6 years’ experience in the culinary department in luxury/lifestyle hospitality/restaurant industry.
- Must have strong steakhouse background/experience/knowledge.
