Head Chef (Steakhouse experience required)

Job Description

Effectively monitor the daily operations of the respective outlet, provides support and guidance to fellow outlet staff to ensure success and effective operation ending in a positive customers experience. Develop, implement and train all menus as per the outlet concept, provide support to banqueting operation to any of the other units if required.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must have at least 6 years’ experience in the culinary department in luxury/lifestyle hospitality/restaurant industry.
• Must have strong steakhouse background/experience/knowledge.
