To develop and implement the Client Servicing Strategy and operating model across the Strategic Investment Platform (SIP) South Africa (SA) to drive the modernisation and digitisation agenda for client servicing for SIP. Guide Servicing leadership to formulate strategic and tactical plans, service standards, governance and tools to improve service delivery, reduce friction across the value chain and enable consistent execution across across all platforms. Programme manage a consolidated view of all client servicing initiatives across SIP to support achievement of Platforms Client Servicing outcomes and measurable service performance targets.
