Head Contracting

We are seeking a visionary and strategically-minded Head – Contracting (Law Graduate) to own and elevate our business-level contracting standards, governance, and post-award performance framework. This critical leadership role focuses on high-value and high-risk contracts across our infrastructure and diversified business portfolios. As the custodian of commercial risk management, you will ensure our business units operate within defined risk appetites while aggressively achieving commercial objectives. You will spearhead everything from clause library design and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) digitization to cross-functional governance and post-award advisory.
