Head Flight Instructor & Training Standards Leader

SAF/Starlite Group based in Durban is seeking a Chief Flight Instructor (FW) to oversee the SACAA approved flying training programs. You will ensure training excellence and compliance with aviation regulations while conducting instructor competency checks and managing training delivery.

The ideal candidate must have a CPL, at least 1000 hours of instruction, and 3 years of Training Management experience. This is a vital role for maintaining flight safety culture and training standards within the academy.
