Head of Artificial Intelligence

We are looking for a Head of AI to lead the rollout of Generative AI initiatives across a global organization. This role is focused on turning AI opportunities into practical, production‑ready solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead a cross‑functional Gen AI team, setting priorities, removing blockers, and ensuring delivery.
• Own and manage the Gen AI adoption roadmap from idea generation to production rollout.
• Assess and prioritize AI use cases based on business value, feasibility, and implementation effort.
• Make informed technical decisions around LLMs, RAG, AI agents, enterprise AI platforms, build‑vs‑buy options, and production readiness.
• Coordinate stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines across multiple teams.
