Within S&I Italy organization, the Head of Bid & Cost Management is in charge of:

  • Manage the Tender Quality Costs Delivery Performance (QCDP) commitment for bids, from appointment up to Tender Transfer Meeting (TTM).

  • Deliver a winning proposal, with a defined scope, accurate QCDP commitments, in a timely manner and within the defined tender budget.
