Head of Brokerage Growth & Operations – Asia

CMC Markets is seeking a leader to establish and drive the commercial strategy for a new brokerage business in Singapore. This role requires a professional with proven leadership experience in sales and operational management, along with a deep understanding of the Asia financial markets.

The successful candidate will set up business infrastructure, lead market initiatives, and develop strategies to achieve sustainable growth in a dynamic start-up environment. A bachelor’s degree and significant experience in financial services is preferred.
